My Client is a global financial institution seeking to hire a legal counsel to provide legal support to the consumer and retail banking segment. You will be responsible for the review and approval of products. You will be part of a collegial, established and well-regarded team advising on legal, regulatory and product matters.
You will have:
- 5-7 years of PQE with prior experience in General corporate or commercial litigation
- Possess some knowledge and interest in retail banking/ insurance products and court orders
- Regulatory knowledge of securities and financial advisory regulation
- Experience in understanding legal and regulatory risks for Wealth Management products across a variety of asset classes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
