This is an exciting opportunity for transactional lawyers to explore. Our client is a fast-growing investment fund that is particularly strong in the tech infrastructure space. It is now looking for a mid-level lawyer to join its high calibre legal team. Candidates are expected to be from top tier firms with strong, hands-on experience in M&A/PE transactional work. You will have support from a senior lawyer, but you must also have the ability to operate independently on incomplete information, juggle multiple deals simultaneously, and be comfortable managing colleagues on the business side.
