Our client is a fintech focused on B2B and trade finance. They are seeking to hire a junior to mid level corproate commercial legal counsel to support the expanding business. You will work alongside the Head Legal. This will also be an ideal role for practicing lawyers looking to transit inhouse.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3-6 PQE, SG qualified with good law firm training experience
- Sound judgment of business practices and reputational risks
- Sharp business acumen, showing maturity (including ability to assess risk and appropriate level of returns)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate across all levels of the business and the group
- Be independent
