Job Description
What the role is:The Legal Counsel will also be required to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a wide range of interesting and challenging projects, must possess good interpersonal skills and able to lead and manage a team.What you will be working on:For Litigation and Enforcement related work: advise on legislations within HDB's purview; advise on litigation and prosecution cases relating to residential and commercial properties; review terms and conditions of agreements and other legal documents relating to tenancies for residential and commercial properties; advise on, vet and draft tenancy agreements and other related contractual documents; attend to court applications/hearingsWhat we are looking for:
- Bachelor of Laws with admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore Relevant experience of at least 5 years preferred All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting
