We are seeking an in-house Senior legal counsel to join our legal team in Singapore, with a primary focus on dispute resolution.
What you will be responsible for:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, and service contracts
• Conducting legal research on various topics relevant to the company's operations, including commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, employment law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal documentation, records, and databases
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, such as corporate resolutions, board minutes, and regulatory filings
• Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to identify potential legal risks and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable requirements
• Supporting the continuous improvement of the legal team's processes, including development of and updates to standard form agreements and templates
• Coordinating with external legal advisors and service providers as necessary

How you will stand out:

• 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate legal department or law firm

• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Bachelor in Law from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is a strong advantage
