About the Team:
Our SEA legal team is growing together with our company and committed to provide top-end in-house legal services to our internal clients on SEA legal matters. We are looking for competent candidate to join us as Singapore Regional Counsel to support our team. This role will focus on supporting general regional legal requests and will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Support Singapore and emerging market BAU requests such as drafting and reviewing NDAs, MOUs, DAUs, GSAs, SOWs, Collab, Talents, Sponsorships, Commissioning, ASAs, Licensing, Intercom Services, Intercom Loan, Assets transfer, Framework Agreements, etc.
• Draft and review Singapore User Growth + Global User Growth Insertion Order requests.
• Provide legal support to TikTok Ops, TikTok Live Ops, Lemon8 Ops as well as collaborate with the local XFN teams.
• Draft and review Singapore TikTok Hashtag Challenge Campaigns\' Ts&Cs, TikTok Contests Rules, TikTok Live campaigns\' Ts&Cs, Lemon8 campaigns\' Ts&Cs, including but not limited to TikTok as well as Lemon8 platforms\' in app notifications.
• Provide legal support for emerging non-musical/ gaming products.
• Collaborate with IT, Admin, Security and Procurement stakeholders in Singapore to provide legal support on local offices\' projects and initiatives.
• Assist with updating contract models and templates, Singapore Knowledge Hub as well as Director(s)/Authorised Representative(s) docket on a periodical basis.

Qualifications

• 1-4 PQE, Singapore or Commonwealth country qualified lawyer.
• Proactive in approaching projects, good issue spotting and contract drafting skills.
• Team player, critical thinker, self motivated, ability to adapt to changes, uncertainties as well as being proactive to react to urgent business requests.
