Job Description
Responsibilities * Provide legal guidance to Genting Singapore Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, on a wide-range of matters including general corporate matters, corporate transactions, financing, corporate restructuring, a Responsibilities Provide legal guidance to Genting Singapore Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, on a wide-range of matters including general corporate matters, corporate transactions, financing, corporate restructuring, and corporate secretariat matters. Advise on requirements of the SGX Listing Rules, including filings and public disclosures. Manage IP portfolio and related matters. Lead, supervise and manage the corporate secretariat team, including overseeing regular reporting and filings with ACRA and the Casino Regulatory Authority. Manage external law firms. Any other task as assigned by the Supervisor (including project management). Requirements Bachelor Degree in Law and admitted to the Singapore Bar with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. Able to manage external lawyers and control external costs. Regulatory compliance experience would be an advantage. Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills. Sound commercial judgment when balancing legal risks against business benefits. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior in-house experience preferred.
