Regulation Guardian:

Help the company stay aligned with key laws like the Private Security Industry Act and Employment Act

Policy Pro:

Draft and maintain internal policies that keep everyone marching in the right direction

Trusted Advisor:

Offer practical compliance guidance to departments when they need it most

Audit Ace:

Support and coordinate external audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064 and RBA standards

Sustainability Driver:

Champion ESG reporting and initiatives that support a greener future

Partner with the Pros:

Work closely with auditors and regulators

Grant Supporter:

Assist in managing grant applications and requirements with relevant agencies

Who You Are (Your Super Strengths!)

You bring knowledge, initiative, and a passion for doing the right thing:


Bachelor's Degree in any discipline 1-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or similar roles Experience with

SACE

is advantageous Familiar with ISO standards? That's a plus Love sustainability and ESG topics? Even better Detail-oriented, organised, and able to balance risk with practical needs Good communicator who builds trust and alignment Proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to raise ideas that make us better Curious about governance and confident in improving how we work
