Provide legal and administrative support, including reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other correspondence.
Summarize cases and prepare reports for lawsuits.
Conduct research and investigate facts to develop legal arguments.
Draft legal documents, such as contracts, depositions, and pleadings.Format and edit letters, memos, reports, and presentations from draft stage to client-ready work.
Use independent judgment to compose general, non-technical business documents while protecting confidential materials.
Follow an organized filing/document management process for electronic and paper documents.
Review documents prior to production for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and gather hard-copy original work papers and other important documents related to client litigation from practice offices.
Assist in preparing documents for production.
Requirement
Familiarity with E-filing via E-litigation and Integrated Case Management System (ICMS).
Ability to conduct QuestNet and ACRA searches, as well as legal research using LawNet and LexisNexis.
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Law.
Work Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm) and Saturday (9am-1pm)
