Manage and organize a database of legal documents, such as customer contracts and teaming agreements.
Participate in the proof reading process for a diverse range of contracts and various agreements.
Collaborate with the Legal, Risk, and Compliance team to facilitate efficient communication, implementation, and adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Support the LRC Manager in consolidating data for reporting on the ERM dashboard, covering aspects like operational, business, and financial risks, among others.
Foster productive relationships with other departments and external entities when necessary.
Undertake additional tasks related to the role as assigned
Requirements
Diploma, preferably in Legal or Accounting, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
