Job Description
Angeline Suparto Law Corporation is a boutique Singapore law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions involving the Indonesian market.
Job Scope (guidance will be provided):
1. Assisting in cross-border corporate transactions (Singapore - Indonesia), Singapore law governed corporate transactions and commercial dispute resolution matters;
-Preparing emails;
-Assisting in the preparation of simple legal documents based on precedents;
- Conducting simple legal research;
2. Assisting in Singapore corporate secretarial work;
- Conducting ACRA and other online searches;
- Drafting simple resolutions and minutes based on precedents; and
3. Attending to other legal administrative duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director of the firm.
