Responsibilities:

• Assist with the review and negotiation of a wide range of contracts including: NDAs, client service agreements, master service agreements, and various vendor agreements
• Highlight the impact of legal documents to the business managers and create awareness across the company;
• Assist with the implementation and management of the company\'s legal policies;
• Centralise data protection requests; and
• Participate in corporate secretarial activities.
• Draft legal documents and communications in consultation with our CEO
• Perform research in various areas of law (corporate/commercial, competition, employment, regulatory, etc.);

Requirements:

• Preferred law student from University or Polytechnic; Open to A-Level and Poly grads
• Good command of English & Chinese language
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Dependable, punctual and autonomous
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Prior contract drafting experience (preferred but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
