At DH Diagnostics, youll thrive and quickly see the impact of your contribution.The collective power of our businesses results in unparalleled breadth and depth of offerings that deliver high quality and accurate diagnostic confidence for a variety of critical health conditions.10-week legal internship programOur 10-week legal internship program is an immersive journey where youll learn, engage with leaders, gain exposure to a range of legal and compliance matters and also to the fundamentals of Danaher Business System (DBS) a powerful set of shared tools that enable our associates around the world to solve complex problems and make a difference.This internship program is designed to empower interns to explore whats possible.It also aims to impart you with practical experience with respect to risk management and working with other functions within the Asia Pacific Diagnostic Platform.Internship period: 2024 (May - July), based in Singapore. Hybrid.The DX APAC Legal Team, is a team of legal counsels based in Singapore and Malaysia. The team supports the Asia Pacific Diagnostic Platform business units excluding India and China, on legal and compliance matters.During the internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the team on matters of a typical in-house legal function, such as drafting and/or reviewing contractual documents and/or policies, preparing memorandum and/or correspondence;
• Undertake legal research and updates;
• Participate and assist in legal initiatives, projects, and training sessions;
• Support legal and matter administration including using systems, MS Teams sites and also gain exposure to other global technology tools.

Requirements:

• Education: Must be enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program in Law;
• Positive attitude and professionalism;
• Willingness and desire to learn;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Proactive and works with a sense of purpose;
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
