Job Description

Identify and manage legal and compliance risks for the company's business in Singapore and overseas, ensuring adherence to international standards and local laws.
Draft, review, revise, and manage various contracts and legal documents to minimize contract dispute risks.
Collect and analyze the latest laws, regulations, and policy updates in countries where the business operates; provide legal support or issue legal opinions for cross-border business activities.
Manage and respond to arbitration and litigation cases in Singapore and overseas; standardize and improve company management practices and risk control.
Provide legal support and empowerment to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Law or related discipline; legal professional certification preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in the F&B, or retail industries.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, compliance management, and contract review.
Experience handling business-related legal issues including franchise, partnerships, distribution, and licensing.
Strong risk management awareness and ability to provide practical legal solutions.
Capable of managing cross-border legal matters and external legal counsel.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with various business departments.
