Job Description
Peak Ocean Group is seeking to invite an experience legal professional to consider a role with one of our partners in the oil and gas sector.
You will be the
primary in-house counsel
for all Singapore-based entities, providing end-to-end legal support on M&A, project development, commercial trading, and day-to-day operations. Reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with Finance, Commercial BD, and EPC teams, you will ensure every transaction islegally sound, risk-balanced, and value-accretive
.Requirements for legal Manager
3-7 years PQE
(law-firm training or prior in-house experience in energy, commodities, or infrastructure).Singapore-qualified lawyer
(admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore).Track record
in M&A, project development, or cross-border commercial transactions.Hands-on mindset
: comfortable toggling between strategic advisory and detailed contract review. Enhanced knowledge of banking / finance is preferredJob Type: Permanent
