• Draft, review and advise on a broad range of banking - related contracts with respect to the businesses of the Bank (i.e.Corporate, Commercial, Retail and Treasury).
• Manage and advise on regulatory matters of the Bank \xe2\x80\x93 including but not limited to PDPA.
• Draft, review and advise on ISDA related matters.
• Assist in handling dispute related matters.
• Advise and participate in branch -related projects.
• Working together with multiple internal stakeholders to prepare and advise on legal documentation, internal policies and procedures.
• Manage external counsels effectively when engaged.
• Keep abreast with the relevant laws and regulations relating to financial institutions.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Legal.

Qualifications

• Formal Education:A law degree (LLB) from a reputable university.

Professional Accreditation: Called to the Singapore Bar and/or any commonwealth jurisdictions.Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry): One to three years PQE. * Relevant banking related experience in practice and/or in-house.Other skills required: * Resourceful and a good team player

• Good communication and inter-personal skills
