Be responsible for day-to-day documentation of legal agreements.
Ensure review of new agreements in line with group and company policy.
Collaborate with different departments, affiliated companies to enforce legal policies.
Coordinate legal training where relevant.
Handle administrative, planning and and executive communication duties where relevant.
Special projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned by management
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in business, legal or finance field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
