We're a small but busy law firm with expertise in Civil, Family, Accident, and Criminal Law, looking for a dedicated, proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our team in Accident and Civil Law matters. What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting solicitors with case preparation, legal research, and drafting documents. Managing client communication and ensuring excellent client service. Preparing court forms, pleadings, and correspondence. Filing documents with the court and liaising with third parties. Maintaining organized case files and keeping track of deadlines. Supporting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks when needed.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma in Law or relevant legal experience. Attention to detail, sociability, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills. A friendly and professional approach with clients. A high level of motivation, the ability to multitask and work independently, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong comfort level with technology. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
