Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers Assisting in the preparation of court documents and bundles and service of documents Calendaring Opening new client's files, including preparation of Letter of Engagement, Warrant to Act and emails to client. Assist with preparation of legal documents, including searches, e-file etc

Requirements



Prior secretarial and legal support experience in a law firm will be useful, but not necessary Good command of written and spoken English Organised, thorough and meticulous Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to start work ASAP * Full-time onsite arrangement
