  • Typing, drafting and amending of legal documents and correspondence
  • Supporting Partners with client billings and client expenses
  • Arranging meetings/lunches/dinners - follow up confirmations
  • Paper filing (correspondence and documents)
  • Timesheet entry
  • Arranging taxis/travel for meetings/lunches/dinners
  • Preparation of expense reports
  • Dealing with telephone queries and relaying relevant messages promptly and accurately
  • Opening new client matters, including ensuring compliance with KYC processes
  • Complex international travel arrangements
  • Occasional reception coverage
  • Normal day-to-day secretarial duties
Pre-requisites: * Good spoken and written English
  • Willing to work beyond office, as and when required
  • Team player
