Great mentor who will impart knowledge and skills on how to deal with people in your industry and takes personal interest in grooming you The Role Partnering with clients to provide executive search services, you will be responsible in ensuring excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on being the important middleman around our key stakeholders, both clients and candidates, to provide right talent sourcing solutions to our client's business needs. You will be the Subject Matter Expert around business development pitches, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process excellence. Responsibilities: . Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads in the designated sector . Work closely with key hiring managers to understand business needs and perform the high-quality end-to-end recruitment process . Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process . Effectively communicate position opportunity and candidate relationship management Requirements: . Degree in Business or relevant discipline . Enthusiastic and self-motivated . Strong team player .
