About the role:
Support legal and compliance matters relating to the Work Dynamics business in Asia Pacific.
We like to foster a spirit of collaboration in the Work Dynamics legal team. In this role, you will support the Work Dynamics business in Asia Pacific as a part of the Work Dynamics legal team but will also work closely with the wider business to support global and regional clients.
What this job involves:
Supporting regional and global client transitions for implementation across Asia Pacific representing the legal team and working with internal and external stakeholders including process management and agreement finalisation in accordance with established protocols and attorney guidance.
Support the legal team in the preparation of documents including updating templates, simple drafting, reviewing, and editing.
Creating and maintaining online document management databases.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including in relation to information concerning the corporate entities.
Conducting research.
Provide other support as directed from time to time by Legal Support Manager Work Dynamics APAC, Corporate Counsel Work Dynamics APAC, and General Counsel Work Dynamics APAC.
Sound like you? To apply you will have:
Diploma in legal studies, paralegal certificate or equivalent and/or relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal English language skills.
Ability to multi-task efficiently, manage complex processes, prioritize and manage competing deadlines, whilst maintaining a strong quality of work
Attention to detail.
Analytical, organized, and able to work independently and exercise initiative.
Proficient in MS Office.
