What the role is:This position is for a fixed contract term.
Assess investigation papers for evidential sufficiency and make prosecutorial recommendations
Conduct prosecutions on behalf of the HSA
Render legal advice on regulatory matters and public law to the four Professional Groups in HSA
Work with colleagues from other departments to formulate regulatory policy
Job Requirement
At least 3 years PQE with relevant experience in prosecutorial and advisory work
Ideally with some trial experience and able to assist with trials upon joining
