This is a multi-product hunter role which requires the individual to be comfortable with daily outbound prospecting. He/she is responsible for outbound acquisition via phone calls and campaigns and as well as introducing to customers the appropriate products and services that meet their needs.

What you do

• Solicit new business loan opportunities through active acquisition of loans and trade finance (secured and unsecured)
• Comfortable with outbound acquisition via phone calls to bring in new customers for the bank and to deepen the relationship for existing customers of the Bank
• Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide suitable financial solutions to support the companies\' growth.
• Demonstrate good credit acumen with ability to mitigate financing risk to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio.
• Strong cross team collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities

The Lending Solutions teams work closely with product partners, credit risk, compliance and various support functions to ensure the best outcome for both internal and external stakeholders.
The position of Lending Solutions Specialist is part of the Emerging Business Sales team, Global Commercial Banking.

Who you are

• Degree holder, with min. 1-2 years of credit and sales experience in the banking industry, covering local SMEs is preferred.
• Fervent individual who is self-driven and possesses the willingness to take on additional initiatives to drive the overall business strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with customers.
• Sound analytical skills with ability to interpret and analyse company financials.
