Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide Level 1 email and phone support to our customers and perform basic triage using the runbook provided.
  • To escalate to Level 2 engineers within the SLA when the problem cannot be resolved at Level 1.
  • To interact with customer proficiently and gathered details required in supporting the case.
  • To elaborate and provide explanations clearly and precisely.
  • To Create, Track, Update and Closed support ticket timely.
  • To fulfil the SLA requirement as define for each project using the existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems and organise own time to deliver against tasks set by others within a short-term horizon.
  • To provide limited advice & guidance to customer on specific technical and operational issues.
  • To ensure that all data security is in place in accordance with customer’s Security requirement.
  • To work co-operatively with others to achieve team goals and can build stable and useful working relationships.
  • This role is a 12-hour permanent night shift role as part of 24 x 7 team. Additional night shift allowance will be provided.
Qualifications:
  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma is welcome.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome. Training will be provided.
