Job Description

• General

- Manage and support on hardware and software components pertaining to a Voice/ Network infrastructure, including operating systems, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) clusters, Cisco Analog Voice Gateways (VGs), and Cisco voice gateway routers for PSTN/SIP connectivity.
- Standby work might be required (24/7) for maintenance
- Ad-hoc related tasks

• Administrative Support

- Routing protocols
- LAN switching Bridge ID, STP, LACP, Vlan and Vlan routing
- Wireless access and authentication
- Firewall rules and policies
- Configuration backup and documentation
- Monitoring and analysis

• Technical Support

- Call response and support within service level agreement
- Incident / problem troubleshooting, fault clarification and isolation
- Provide workaround and/or resolution
- Communication and reporting
- Vulnerability / security update and firmware patch
- Firmware upgrade
- Any other ad hoc duties assignedRequirements- Minimum 3 years of network infrastructure experience/ Cisco Voice system engineer
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Diligent in documentation, reporting and tasks tracking ability
- Posses analytical skills to be able to solve issues and ability to work independently and cope with pressure
- Time management, Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with customer friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Good knowledge, troubleshoot and hands on experience in WAN and LAN technologies , CUCM, Cisco VOIP and legacy technologies
- Experience with provisioning/troubleshooting of WAN and PSTN circuits to provide sufficient capacity for on-net and off-net voice traffic
- Understanding of complex/Global dial plans
- Experienced in troubleshooting and configuring Cisco IOS Voice Gateways, including provisioning of dial peers, understanding trunk group, translation paterns,
