Project Management and Project-related activities

• Participates and/or leads E&A projects in the pilot plant (Electrical & Instrumentation)
• Co-ordinate personnel (e.g. technicians, instrument fitters, contractors, etc.) to ensure that E&A objectives are satisfied.
• Ensure timely implementation of projects in the pilot plants, respecting budgets.
• Ensure at all times the technical integrity and performance of the Electrical & Instrumentation systems.
• Ensure at all times safe installations and operations through proper design, protection systems, procedures and training.
• Co-ordinate with Pilot Plant personnel, QA, Engineering and Product departments to resolve Electrical issues.
• Ensure that proper documentation (e.g. electrical drawings) is written and/or updated with each project
• Available for occasional travelling for industrialization of processes in factories

Pilot Plant Maintenance

• Ensure pilot plant maintenance, in the form of continuous improvements, troubleshooting, etc.
• Ensure proper maintenance and update of electrical systems and documentation supporting pilot plant activities
• Monitor plant and equipment to ensure optimal operation and reduction of planned and unplanned maintenance
• Demonstrate an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations, including food safety
• Manage and deliver schedule maintenance plan based on Swiss regulation for MV substation.
• Manage, perform, check, OIBT control
• Manage, perform, check, grounding and earthing system control
• Manage, perform, check, all topic based on Electrical Safety Standards

Requirement :

• Electrical and/or automation technician diploma as a minimum
• Able to work independently with initiative
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Management for results and impact
