Job Description




KPMG\'s Liaison Officers are the brand ambassadors of the firm. Being the first point of contact on a clients\' meeting space floor, it is important to create a professional and pleasant experience for all our clients and visitors.

The role involves:

  • Create a hospitable environment
  • Greet all guests, including vendors, job candidates, colleagues etc and escort them to the meeting room
  • Handle situations such as meetings running behind schedule
  • Concierge Services
  • Provide guests with appropriate concierge service upon request
  • Remain calm and poised when handling demanding visitors
  • Food & Beverages Services
  • Take order for beverages and serve to the guests
  • Administer iBook meeting room bookings
  • Maintenance of the meeting rooms and equipment
  • Laundry management of LOs\' uniforms
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as & when required
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Minimum of O or A\' Level / ITE / Diploma qualification
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc) skillsets
  • Additional Visio, Teams, OneDrive skillsets will be good
  • Possess customer service skills, grooming skills, organization skills will be preferred
  • A good team member, hardworking, think-out-of-box, willing to suggest ways to improve working methods, willing to accept feedback, love to interact with people
