We provide our staff with an interesting work environment, enriched with training and career development opportunities.We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a high-performing team with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging professional services environment.We have the following new role opening:Library AssistantManaging and maintaining (including shelf-reading, shelving and re-shelving) library books / materialsMaintaining library catalogue and records (cards and soft copy)Processing and indexing new library books and materialsUpdating statutes and library materials (including loose leaf publications)Checking relevant website(s) daily for amendments to Singapore statutesDealing with queries and assisting users to locate library books / materials and access e- resourcesProvision of library and information service to meet the needs of library usersAssisting generally with administrative tasks and the operation of the libraries and library initiativesRequirementsGCE \'O\', \'A\' levels or DiplomaPreferably 2 years or more relevant experience in the legal or other professional services environmentGood organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong I.T skills and familiarity with the use of databases and internetGood research and analytical skillsAbility to work independently as well as good team playerWe look forward to receiving your applications.
