\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 8.00am to 5.00pm / 9.00am to 6.00pm)
Offered Salary
- S$9.50 per hour
\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99 Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec
\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word, and with doing database related work
\xc2\xb7 Organised and meticulous
Administrative and logistics support for accessioning of physical audiovisual records
\xc2\xb7 Arrange, accession and prepare listings of audiovisual recordings for digitisation.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in labelling, retrieval and filing of audiovisual recordings.
\xc2\xb7 Update metadata and perform basic description in database to facilitate accessibility of records.
\xc2\xb7 Transfer audiovisual records to different locations.
\xc2\xb7 Additional work location: NAS Former Ford Factory (at least twice a week).
