This job is for an experienced Life Cycle Marketing Specialist, with a positive and \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.

You will lead the development of innovative lifecycle marketing programs across the APAC region for Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products targeted at a consumer audience! You will also lead communication through the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention working with campaign teams to develop market specific programs and using a data driven and analytical approach to optimize results to achieve business revenue, engagement, and retention targets.

You will be accountable for marketing channels including email, in-product surfaces, and push notifications. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns and experiments with Global, Product and Campaign Marketing, Go to Market Business Unit, and Digital Performance and Web teams.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

Lead end-to-end development and execution of email programs working with cross-functional teams including Global COE, Regional Campaign teams and support agencies.

Work closely with Paid media and analytics teams to integrate multi-channel tactics to promote Adobe products to a consumer audience.

Support overarching go to market strategy with integrated communication plans, working towards matching content to audience and opportunity

Increase content consumption and improve Customer Lifetime Value through detailed execution of content marketing campaigns (announcing new content, promoting featured/seasonal content), lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome/on-boarding programs, re-engagement programs, reacquisition programs), and dedicated, loyalty programs

Develop data-driven customer insights that are useful and impactful

Perform quality control checks on email campaigns to ensure stability of templates across client/browser/device combinations

Ensure timely communication with key partners on email program execution timeline & expectations

Conduct AB testing and analysis on all campaign performance, communicate results effectively to the team and draw practical conclusions

What You Need to Succeed

Knowledge of major email service providers, and Adobe email marketing tools

Experience developing and delivering programs for a large-scale push/email program with personalization layers

Tech or SaaS experience (preferred), ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model

Familiarity with digital advertising and ad serving

Develop both targeted and triggered lifecycle campaigns to fulfill engagement and acquisition objectives.
