THE COMPANY

Exciting times ahead for a global banking giant that is currently undergoing a digital transformation. This is a newly created role for individuals with strong analytical skills and a track record in identifying up-sell or cross sell opportunities in the digital journey.

THE ROLE

• Gather insights, through portfolio analysis to identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities among new and existing customers in the entire digital client journey.
• Strategise and implement digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure an optimal and seamless digital client journey.
• Leverage your deep understanding of MarTech tools such as Adobe/Pega/Salesforce to develop and execute strategies that drive customer engagement and digital acquisition across owned channels.
• Segmentize audience by gathering insights on consumer behaviours and effectively run campaigns that meet their preferences.
• Project manage collaborate and engage constantly with various business units such as Technology, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of experience in client lifecycle management within financial services/consumer financial products.
• Proven track record in strategic and hands-on delivery of integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Strong experience in portfolio analysis to derive insights for cross sell opportunities * Experience with Adobe, Pega or other MarTech tools.
