Tasks

The Lifestyle Assistant is part of the team responsible for the physical and online retail business for Porsche Lifestyle in Singapore. The candidate will support the Lifestyle Lead to manage the Porsche Lifestyle retail business and foster a memorable Porsche Lifestyle customer experience and loyalty.

• Assist in the development of the Porsche Lifestyle as part of the Porsche Singapore retail organisation across physical and digital touchpoints to meet business objectives, while engaging and winning over new target groups.
• Assist in the physical retail store business operation including cost management, stock management and transference and window updates.
• Oversee the online sales of Porsche Lifestyle in Singapore including website maintenance, content management, stock management, and supervision of the fulfilment agency partner.
• Assist in the set-up of retail formats where Porsche Lifestyle is represented.
• Manage customer feedback and gather insights to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields
• 1-2 years of working experience in the Automotive, Fashion, Luxury or Hospitality industry
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to details, and enjoy working with numbers
• Self-driven, possess a learning and Can-Do attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
