The Role
As the bridge between the front line and management.
You'll keep the store running smoothly day-to-day, mentor supervisors and ambassadors, and make sure every customer leaves smiling.
You're also hands-on with merchandising, HR, training, and process improvements that make the store better every month.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach the
Sip Supervisors & Ambassadors
-- build a high-energy, supportive team.
Plan and manage
store rostering
, track attendance, and support HR documentation.
Execute
promotions, merchandising updates, and in-store events
with creativity and precision.
Handle
stock accuracy, replenishment, and returns
-- ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee
visual merchandising (VM)
standards and store presentation.
Support the Store Manager with
vendor sourcing
, SOP development, and administrative tasks.
Take ownership of
training new staff
and leading daily briefings.
Step in as
IC (in-charge)
when the Store Manager is off-duty own the floor.
Your Success Will Be Measured By
Store team performance and sales growth
Mystery Shopper & customer feedback scores
Stock accuracy and operational compliance
Staff training completion and engagement levels
Initiative in improving store processes or customer experience
A Good Fit
2-4 years of retail experience, ideally with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Confident, approachable, and organised -- you get things done and bring others with you.
Excellent communicator with a natural coaching style.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
Passionate about lifestyle brands, good design, and great customer experiences.
Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
