Job Description
Ang Mo Kio * Salary
$3,500 to $4,500 * Work Week
Monday to Thursday (8.30 am to 6.00 pm), Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) & Alternate Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm) * Min. Qualification

3 to 4 years * / Requirement
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of specialist in the general repair and upgrading of lifts.
- Conduct routine inspections of lift systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions
- Overseeing and planning lift testing and maintenance in compliance with statutory requirements. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of lift systems and prevent downtime
- Handle lift and escalator contracts renewal.
- Min NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 to 4 years of hands-on working experience in lift servicing & maintenance
- Good organizational with proven supervisory expertise
- Ability to handle pressure and work challenging lead times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
