• Business : Installation, erection, repair and maintenance of LIFTS, ESCALATORS, TRAVELLATORS .
• Location: Yishun
• Salary: Up to $5000
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Pre-Requisite :

• Applicant must be currently resides in Singapore and able to attend face to face interview with short notice.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics) and familiar with the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.
• 4 to 5 years experience in handling Lift & Escalator Engineering projects or operation.
• Able to handle both English and Chinese written documents.
• Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Valid Singapore driver\'s license (if applicable).
• PE Board Certified Engineer preferred.

Position 1 - Project EngineerResponsibilities :

• Lead engineering projects from start to finish, organizing tasks and resources.
• Plan, track, and stick to project schedules and budgets.
• Identify and handle project risks to keep things on track.
• Keep an eye on project progress and adjust plans if needed.
• Work with different teams to meet project goals.
• Keep project records and make sure everyone follows rules and safety standards.
• Support and guide team members and keep stakeholders informed.

Position 2 - Operation EngineerResponsibilities :

• Improve processes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Fix equipment problems to keep operations running smoothly.
• Set up maintenance schedules to keep equipment working well.
• Figure out why things go wrong and prevent them from happening again.
• Work with different teams to make operations better.
• Follow rules and safety guidelines.
• Write and update procedures for everyone to follow.
• Teach staff how to do their jobs safely and correctly.
• Keep an eye on performance and find ways to do better.
• Make reports for management to see how things are going.
