Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day on-site projects and ensure all assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively to meet customer specifications, requirements, and deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirements on site. Organise, coordinate, control, and lead to ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely, in line with quality requirements, and within the specified schedule. Manage and direct the department in handling both routine and non-routine duties. Identify training needs and provide guidance for the team. Control and manage the budget, including monitoring of man-hours.
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience. Possess a valid Certified Lifting Supervisor Certificate. Able to read and interpret general lifting plans. Advantageous to possess a licence for any type of crane. Able to communicate effectively using walkie-talkies and hand signals. * Physically fit to work at heights and under outdoor conditions.
