The Line Leader, Production is responsible for leading a group of rotating shift Manufacturing Associates in terms of safety, quality, productivity, timely delivery to external customers with the intent of continuous improvement and leading results to achieve sustainable plant goals. The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Benoi, Singapore. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and ensure shift members achieve production targets and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulation, policies, procedures and 5S; Review line\xe2\x80\x99s performance, consolidate reports, and suggest ideas of improvement
• Assist in development, implementation, and revision of SOP, work instruction and relevant documentation in partnership with cross functional teams; Support improvement efforts and appropriate duties as assigned
• Work in a team environment with shift members, supervisor, and cross functional teams on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary/minor machines or equipment troubleshooting, manufacturing associate OJT and other assigned projects

The essential requirements of the job include:

• \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/ \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level or NITEC or diploma with technical work experience or equivalent; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Able to work rotating shift in clean room environment, communicate effectively in a team and carry up to 20kg load
• Able to participate in overseas trainings when required

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• SAP or other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)
