Cosmetics/skincare manufacturing Production Supervisor/Line Leader Working location: Kallang Basin Industrial Estate (nearest MRT: Bendemeer/Lavender) Working hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm Salary package: Basic salary + OT + AWS + VB(1-2months) Duration: Permanent role (3 months initial probation period) Key Responsibilities Work with R&D manager and technicians to plan and schedule production runs Prepare for production runs by drawing raw materials / packaging materials for operators. Supervise and allocate production operators to tasks Assist in production where necessary The company will pay the higher band of the stated salary range for candidates who show competency in most of the key responsibilities.
