Mon - Fri / 5 days work week

Transport: from Woodlands checkpoint to company in Yishun

Our client is a global US manufacturer of medical devices.





Responsibilities:


Reports to Group Leader / Associate Group Leader Participates in S&OP meeting and plan material and resource for the entire product line. Liaison with Planner, QA Engineer and Process Engineers to ensure that the line meet output, quality, time, cost and safety targets. Lead manufacturing team (consisting of Operators and Station leader) to produce quality products while adhering to quality practices. Monitor Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) progression in the line. Facilitate daily shift start up (SSU) meetings. Coach and guide Station Leaders on LDMS improvement and interpretation. To meet Zero Quality - Defect Per Million on Human Related Issue. Manage, lead and develop Station Leaders to ensure the building of effective teams within the line. Provides coaching and certification to trainee on the assembly process.
Requirements:


Minimum Secondary education Preferably with 2 years' experience in managing and leading assembly stations. Able speak basic English Certificate in Section Leader would be an advantage. Must be able to work Flexible Shift; 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm and 11.00pm-7.00am (Mon-Fri only / 5 days work week)
