Responsibilities

• Provide timely aircraft on-ground support (AOG) and day-to-day operations requirements to P&WC customers in the Asia Pacific region.
• Carry out Mobile Repair Team (MRT) events administration; export control clearance checks, quotation preparation, final invoice preparation and warranty claims etc.
• Execute and certify maintenance tasks and defect rectifications on various P&WC engines.
• Coordinate with respective Engine Programs, Field Support Managers (FSMs) and Customer First (CFirst) center to provide on-site maintenance support and achieve minimum engine down time for customers.
• Support sales & field service team to liaise with customer on critical situations and technical enquiries.
• Collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Engineering and Quality for successful MRT events deployment and completion.
• Travel to customers\xe2\x80\x99 facilities to work on engines and support local shop operations.
• Support field service team to troubleshoot customer\xe2\x80\x99s engine.
• Maintain the highest standards of airworthiness when performing inspections or maintenance tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and activities to coordinate technical and commercial reviews in order to address opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participating in CORE, EH&S and Quality activities to support P&WC initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Aviation experience with Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or other related engineering diploma.
• CAAS B11, B13, C14, C15, M10/L11/L12 Certification or equivalent is required. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Gas Turbine Engine is required and experience with P&WC engines models will be an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical standards, drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation to identify product discrepancies and deficiencies.
• Able to work independently, highly adaptable, and self-motivated with good interpersonal skill.
• Able to travel overseas frequently on short notices or extended period to support customers on-site.
• Possess multi-tasking abilities with strong analytical skills and meticulous to ensure a high standard of quality.
