1. Perform powder room house-keeping before and after work.
2. Check and replenish the disposable Hairnet, Apron, Cotton Glove & Nylon Glove.
3. Check and replenish the hand sanitizer in the production area.
4. Draw out the raw material from the Warehouse.
Request the warehouse staff to take it from the storage area at the top of the cold room one.
5. Packed the raw material into small plastic bag accordingly.
6. Perform the packed raw material weighting as per the requirement.
7. Deliver and keep the packed raw materials to the respective product line raw materials storage rack/shelf.
8. Print the date code on the packing bag when there is a production of the braised tofu.
9. Update the daily raw materials weighting record.
10. Update the monthly raw materials consumption in the warehouse record form.
11. Check the disposable Hairnet, Apron, Cotton Glove & Nylon Glove stock level and put up the order accordingly.
12. When run out of small packing plastic bag, inform to the superior.
13. Temporary replacement of staff on leave.
14. Rotate positions during meal times.
15. Carry out others duty as per the superior instruction.
