The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
:
Schedule and dispatch trucks for linehaul operations. Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor vehicle movement using GPS/fleet systems and update job statuses. Optimize routes and delivery schedules to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records of transport activities and driver logs. Assist with driver rostering and shift planning. Verify vendor trip invoices against internal records and report discrepancies. Prepare daily and weekly transport performance reports.Requirements:
GCE 'O'/'N' Levels; diploma in logistics or related field is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or logistics administration. Familiar with Singapore road networks and LTA regulations. Proficient in MS Excel and fleet management systems. Strong coordination and communication skills. * Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
