Mercor is hiring on behalf of a leading AI research lab to bring on a
Linguistic Expert - Turkish (Turkey)
. This is apart-time opportunity (10-20 hours per week, in person)
at one of the following client offices:San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, London, or Singapore
. You'll play a vital role in enhancing AI systems by ensuring accurate, fluent, and culturally aware Turkish (Turkiye) outputs.Responsibilities
Review and annotate AI-generated Turkish text for grammatical accuracy and contextual relevance. Provide feedback on semantics, idiomatic expressions, and stylistic nuances. Create and maintain guidelines to improve Turkish language consistency in AI outputs. Partner with researchers to address language-specific challenges. Suggest improvements to datasets and linguistic frameworks.
Requirements
Native-level proficiency in
Turkish (Turkiye)
and fluency inEnglish
. Strong command of grammar, syntax, and stylistic conventions. Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Literature, or related field. Experience in linguistic annotation or content review preferred. Familiarity with AI/NLP tools or technologies is a plus.Why Join
