Job Description


.We are looking for a Linux Administrator for a contract role based in Singapore. This is a long-term contract with a global IT consulting leader.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and meticulously document Linux systems
  • Efficiently oversee virtual machines used for simulation applications
  • Thoroughly conduct audits of hardware and software
  • Implement timely OS updates, patches, and configuration changes
  • Skillfully resolve reported problems through troubleshooting
Skills and experience required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT
  • Holds recognized IT qualifications or a Tertiary Degree
  • Possesses a Red Hat Certified Engineer credential
  • Proficient in managing databases such as SQL/MYSQL, MSSQL, or Oracle
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
  • Skilled in Windows Desktop and server administration
  • Has attained Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level expertise
