We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Live Glass Etching Specialist to support our experiential activations and events. This role involves performing on-site glass etching during live events, personalising glassware for guests in a professional, efficient, and guest-friendly manner.


This is an event-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and engaging with guests while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.


Key Responsibilities

Perform live glass etching on glassware (e.g. perfume bottles, glass cups, gift items) during events Set up and manage etching tools and materials safely and efficiently Ensure high-quality, clean, and consistent etching results Work efficiently to meet event timelines and guest flow Engage guests politely and professionally while etching Follow event briefs, brand guidelines, and safety protocols Assist with packing down and maintaining equipment after events


Requirements

Prior experience in glass etching (hand-etching, rotary tools, or similar techniques) Comfortable working live at events and under time constraints Steady hands, strong attention to detail, and craftsmanship Professional, calm, and friendly demeanour with guests Able to stand for extended periods during events Punctual, reliable, and well-presented

Nice to Have

Experience with corporate events, weddings, or brand activations Ability to etch names, initials, logos, or simple designs Familiarity with premium or luxury brand environments


Work Arrangement

Event-based / freelance / part-time Locations vary (corporate offices, hotels, event venues) Training or briefing provided for brand standards and event flow
