Responsibilities

• Design and execute effective livestream strategies, including scheduling, planning, and managing co-hosted sessions. * Oversee and optimize livestream activities on TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms. * Establish and maintain strong partnerships with influencers, content creators, agencies, and business collaborators. * Source and engage with top-tier influencers to boost audience engagement and sales performance. * Develop and implement innovative promotional campaigns tailored to live-stream shopping. * Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging digital tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness. * Analyze livestream metrics and performance data, providing insightful reports and recommendations to management. * Continuously track and refine conversion strategies to improve sales outcomes. * Support the team with additional tasks and special projects when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * At least two year of experience in a related role. * Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience managing social media and livestream platforms. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken. * Strong analytical mindset and adaptability in a fast-moving digital landscape. * Proven experience in e-commerce, sales, and affiliate marketing. * Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies. * Excellent relationship-building and account management skills. * Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. * A team player with leadership potential and strong organizational abilities.
