Have a game plan - Be crystal clear on what you want and celebrating your wins along the way : . Create and edit the content that is well-searched for Social Media live stream. . Responsible for program hosting. . Able to host and communicate face to face with the camera. . Make your live streams as interactive and engaging as possible. . Involve in broadcast/livestream process, including scheduling, planning, and marketing. . Ensure Livestream event is set up with the right permissions for attendees and event groups. . Develop creative ways to enhance and improve production workflow. . Track, monitor, and understand Livestream's performance through insights and analytics. . Prepare reports and provide insights on business trends to the management team. . Constantly updated on the latest marketing trends and happenings. . Any other duties as assigned. Basic Requirements: . 5 years of related work experience in digital marketing . Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or an equivalent course of study . Experience leading and managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns . Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments . Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate . Knowledge of Facebook Collaborative Ads (CPAS), Lazada Ads & Shopee Ads is an advantage . Proactive learner with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset .
