It is an opportunity for a Loans Executive to join their team
6 months contract

Principle Responsibilities

Perform completeness check on audit confirmation request form/online request from customer/auditors.
Daily processing/data input of customer request on timely and accurate basis.
Verification of customers/auditor instruction against bank system.
Attend to enquires from stakeholders pertaining to request handling.
Manage exceptional cases and escalate to team lead if necessary.
Any other ad-hoc task.
