Perform redemption of loans and system updating in Bank\xe2\x80\x99s operating systems relating to Secured/Unsecured Loans
Process fee payments relating to Secured / Unsecured Loans.
Prepare redemption letters to Law Firms and customers
Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Filing of source reports & media and arrange archival.
Handle customer / lawyer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries
Assist in UAT, system enhancement etc
Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
To highlight any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager
To ensure high quality level in services delivery
